These Terms of Service form the foundation of a contract between you and hostaline LLC, or the entity on whose behalf you are signing this agreement (“you” or “your”).
Terms of Service (TOS) for Hostaline
The User Agreement All customers of Hostaline’s basic services are subject to the User Agreement’s terms and restrictions. The User Agreement is a legal contract between Hostaline and the User that outlines Hostaline’s and the User’s rights, duties, and obligations. Hostaline.com abuse Employees or Support Personnel: We take pleasure in offering outstanding service to all of our clients at Hostaline.com. It is our policy to always serve our clients with the utmost respect and decency. We demand the same kindness and respect in return. If our staff believes you are routinely sending them offensive content or address them in a condescending or harsh manner, your account(s) may be suspended and you may be requested to take your business elsewhere. Customers shall be provided five (5) days’ notice if we cancel service due to abusive behavior. We will only reimburse the unused portion of your pre-paid service. Abusive behavior encompasses, but is not limited to, the actions listed below.

No Adult Content (No Pornography), No Online Gambling, No Spam, No Unsolicited E-mailing, No Warez, Cracks, Copyright Infringement, and No Miss Behavior Are Allowed with Our Support Team.

Websites discovered to have either no html documents or a significant quantity of unlinked files may be warned, suspended, or cancelled at the discretion of our administration. The following restrictions apply to such hosting plans in order to ensure the integrity of our service.
Sites that employ banners, pictures, or cgi scripts from their site on other domains Websites featuring image galleries. This includes any site where graphics account for more than half of the data transmitted. (This is any site where file downloads account for more than 50% of monthly traffic.
Policy on Acceptable Use.
All services offered by us may only be used for legal reasons. It is unlawful to transmit, store, or display any information, data, or material that violates any United States Federal, State, or City law. This includes, but is not limited to, copyrighted information, anything deemed threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secret and other statutes. The subscriber undertakes to indemnify and hold us and our staff harmless from any claims arising from the usage of the service that cause harm to the subscriber or any other person. Our acceptable usage policy is enforced regularly and sternly. Offending content or people are often removed from our network as soon as they are identified, however we will always notify you when and why such action has been taken. If you believe your site may violate our Terms of Service, please contact us before registering for an account so that we may decide if we can host your site. We maintain the right to judge what is and isn’t appropriate for our servers. Subscriber recognizes that the service supplied is of such a type that service can be interrupted for a variety of causes other than the company’s carelessness, and that damages arising from such interruption of service are difficult to quantify. As a result, the subscriber acknowledges that the firm will not be liable for any losses resulting from factors outside the company’s direct and exclusive control. Subscriber also recognizes that the company’s liability for its own fault may in no circumstances exceed the rates payable by subscriber for services during the period damages occurred. The firm shall not be liable for any exceptional or consequential damages, loss, or harm. Illegality in any form, including but not limited to unlawful distribution or copying of copyrighted software or other data, harassment, fraud, and obscene material trafficking. Unwanted Content On our network, some sorts of material are not permitted. We do not host any kind of pornographic content. Hacking, cracking, warez, and IRC-related content are not permitted. You may host software, music, and video downloads only if you are the author and copyright owner of the resources, or if you have the permission to distribute the items. Accounts that are suspended due to content or AUP violations are never reimbursed.
Unsolicited commercial ads in e-mail:
Unsolicited commercial advertisements in e-mail are not permitted and will most likely result in account suspension or termination. Most Usenet discussion groups and e-mail mailing lists do not allow commercial adverts. Account suspension or deletion may occur from inappropriate posting. Check the charter of the newsgroup or mailing list to see if advertising is permitted. “Spamming,” or sending a message to a large number of unrelated newsgroups, is especially unethical and will be regarded as such. Sending a communication, particularly an advertising, to more than five or six people is considered spam unless the persons have expressly requested to be included to a mailing list on that subject-mail is a person-to-person communication channel, not a broadcast media.
Hosting Abuse Suspension: The following activities will result in the user’s account being immediately suspended for abuse:
1. The user’s service will be suspended if he or she sends bulk emails via the website, webmail, or by using any script.
2. Excessive server resources will result in the suspension of the user’s account until he upgrades his package. We monitor shared hosting and do not allow excessive resource usage; instead, you should upgrade to a plan such as a personal server (VPS).
3. You also agree that if you breach the termination conditions, you will not even request data backup.
4. Any behavior on a user’s website that is banned by international law and his local ICT legislation will result in the account being suspended immediately. (It may potentially end in permanent dismissal.)
5. Violations of the service fair use policy will result in suspension.
Account Payments:
If an invoice for a Shared Hosting/Reseller account is past due, we shall take the following measures.
1. No action taken within 24 hours.
2. Accounts are suspended after one day.
3. Late Fee Added After 2 Days.
4. Accounts will be canceled after 15-30 days.

We also accept account termination requests sent via the account holder’s registered email address. Phone inquiries do not indicate cancellation acceptance. We will repay you using the same payment method you used. We handle reimbursements within 7 business days.
